SEASONED FISH STEAKS

For a very special grilled dinner for two this Independence Day, try these delicious, yet easy to make, salmon steaks. It'll please the cook as well as impress, that certain someone!

2 6 oz. SALMON STEAKS
2 T BUTTER OR MARGARINE
3 T DIJON MUSTARD
1 T DILL OR 1t DRIED DILLWEED
1/4 t BLACK PEPPER, COARSE

Thaw fish, if frozen. In a small mixing bowl combine softened margarine or butter, mustard, dill and pepper. Spread mixture evenly over one side of the fish steaks.

Brush grill rack lightly with oil. Preheat gas grill. Adjust heat for direct cooking. Place fish steaks sauce side down, on grill rack over medium heat. Cover and grill 2 minutes per side or just till fish begins to flake. Before fish steaks are turned, spread mixture evenly on remaining side.

Per serving, serves 2: 217 calories, 25g protein, 1g carbohydrate, 12g total fat (2g saturated), 31mg cholesterol, 272 mg sodium, 249 mg potassium.
